How do I join the program?
To join, simply create an account on our website. If you already have a customer account, you're automatically enrolled in our rewards program.
Benefits of Creating an Account
If you do not have an account on our website (or have previously only checked out as a guest), you will need to create an account to earn points. Other benefits of creating an account include the ability to see previous order history, save addresses in your account, save payment methods, etc.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points in a variety of ways, including:
- Earn 200 points when you join the program
- Earn 1 point for each dollar you spend on our website
- Earn 50 points for liking us on Facebook or following us on Instagram
- Earn 50 points for writing a product review
- Earn 200 points on your birthday

Can I earn points for referring a friend to MarvGolden.com?
Even better! You'll earn an instant $5 coupon for referring someone who makes a purchase on our website. In addition, your friend will also receive a $5 coupon that they can use on their first purchase.
How do I use my points?
Once you've earned at least 100 points, you can redeem them for coupons that can be applied to future orders. Each 100 points equals a $1 coupon. You can exchange your points for coupons as you earn them, or save up your points for a larger coupon amount. Click the Rewards Program icon at the bottom of our website to view your points balance and see if you've earned enough for a coupon.
How do I use the coupons I've earned?
First, add products to your cart. Then visit the Cart page and click the Add Coupon link on the right side. Enter the coupon code and click Apply. You can also add your coupon code during checkout. Please note that only one coupon can be applied per order.
How can I check my rewards balance?
First, login to your account on MarvGolden.com. Then click the Rewards Program icon at the bottom of our website. You'll be able to view your current point balance in the popup that appears.
Will my points expire if I don't use them?
No, currently there is no expiration date for earned points. Your points will remain in your Rewards account until you choose to use them. However, we reserve the right to add an expiration date in the future.
I placed an order but didn't earn any points.
To earn points for your purchases, you must be logged in to your customer account on MarvGolden.com. Make sure you log in to your account prior to or during checkout to ensure you earn points for your purchase.
Can I get points for previous purchases?
No, you can only earn points on purchases made after our Rewards Program began.
Will I earn points for in-store purchases?
Sorry, purchases made in our San Diego retail store don't qualify for rewards points.
