Product Description

Recommended reading Review by Jason
Quality Whether you want to fly conventional gear or tricycle type aircraft this book is a great read. It is full of useful pearls of wisdom explained in easy to understand language that all pilots should know. I only wish I had read this book when I was learning to fly, it would have been a big help. There are things in this book that instructors do not tend to explain properly like the 50/70 rule, or when stalling how to predict and or control whether a wing drops and to which side it will drop thus removing the fear some pilots seem to have practicing stalls. Each phase of flight is a chapter in itself and therefore making the book an easy read as you don't have to read them in order. (Posted on 3/26/12)
