Returns and Exchanges

Marv has had a 30-Day Return Policy for over 30 years (60 Days during the Holidays)! If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your money!

All returns must have our return form filled out. You may download and print this form Here.

Return Policy: All items (excluding Software, DVDs and other Electronic Media) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition of Merchandise: Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including original packaging and accessories. Everything included with the product must be returned including unfilled warranty cards and unused manuals.

Missing Accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., item for item, manual for manual, etc.). Exclusions & Exceptions: Software, DVDs and other Electronic Media returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Defective Software, DVDs and other Electronic Media may be returned for exchange with the same product only.

Shipping and Handling: You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. Shipping and handling charges from your original purchase are not refundable except for merchandise that is deemed defective.

Damaged Items: All claims for damage, defect, errors, or shortages in your order must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.

In-store returns: Any Product purchased online may be returned to our retail location provided that it meets the above guidelines.

Proof of purchase: Order confirmation, invoice, or packing slip is required for all returns.

Refunds / Credit of Purchase Price: Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition and in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or a mail refund check will be issued, based on the original purchase method. Please allow 7 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit. For Products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the Product that you return or exchange.
