Free Shipping: Look for this logo for items that ship free. Free shipping is available on selected items that have the free shipping logo next to the purchase button. Shipping is via ground service by either UPS or the United States Postal Service Media Mail. This offer is good in any of the 50 United States including APO/FPO Boxes. Books that are shipped free may be shipped via US Postal Media Mail. We ship from our office in San Diego and this method can take up to 10 days to some east coast destinations.  This offer is not good for International Shipments (including Canada). Shipping rates will apply internationally.

Pricing Policies  

Many of our vendors require us to advertise their Minimum Advertised Price, (MAP). In many cases, we sell for less than the MAP. Since we are an authorized dealer, we must adhere to these policies. However, you will be able to determine what our selling price is by clicking the purchase button, and in some cases, we will email you the price.

Shipping and Freight

We use Real Time Rates, so it is important to fill out the order page to get the best possible shipping rate. The shipping charge that is shown will be your actual shipping charge.

Our Shopping Cart system allows you to choose your method of shipping. When you are done shopping, simply fill out the order information and you will be given a choice of several shipping options. UPS Ground,  2nd Day Air,  Standard Overnight , Priority Overnight  , 3 Day Saver . All P.O. Boxes are shipped US Priority Mail. All of our shipments include full insurance on your purchase. 

UPS Ground Shipping : Internet orders shipped surface UPS submitted before 2:00 Pacific Standard Time Monday thru Friday will ship the same day. Internet orders submitted after 2:00 Pacific Standard Time are shipped the next business day. Internet orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day (Monday). UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for Ground packages. All delivery days are working days which do not include weekends. All shipping services subject to merchandise on hand. Second Day Air: Internet orders submitted by 2:00 Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 Pacific Standard Time will ship the following business day. Internet orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the next business day (Monday). UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for 2nd Day Air packages without a surcharge. All delivery days are working days which do not include weekends. UPS Second Day Air ordered on Thursday can be delivered on Saturday for an additional $12.50. 3 Day Select : Internet orders submitted by 2:00 Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 Pacific Standard Time will ship the following business day. Internet orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the next business day. (Monday) FedEx and UPS do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for 3 Day Air packages. All delivery days are working days which do not include weekends.

Next Day Air: Internet orders submitted by 2:00 Pacific Standard Time are shipped the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 Pacific Standard Time are shipped the following business day. Internet orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following business day. (Monday). Next day air orders placed on Friday, are delivered the next business day. (Monday). Next day air shipments ordered on Friday can be delivered on Saturday for an additional $12.50. US Priority/Express Mail: Internet orders submitted by 2:00 Pacific Standard Time are shipped the same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 Pacific Standard Time are shipped the following business day. Internet orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday are shipped the following business day. (Monday). Express Mail is a one day service to major metropolitan areas, smaller towns and rural areas are a 2 day delivery service. Priority Mail is generally a 2-3 day service that is not guaranteed. Tracking numbers are only available on orders shipped Express Mail. We recommend this option for PO Boxes and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO's.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: We ship by US Postal Service and UPS. We recommend the US Postal service as an effective and cost efficient manner of shipping. However, we can ship via UPS.

APO/FPO: We gladly ship to APO and FPO locations. Please choose the US Postal Priority option upon checkout.

International Shipments: We ship our products world-wide. We have excellent international rates with UPS, Federal Express and US Postal Express Mail. Most shipments take only 2-3 (Excluding Customs) days for arrival anywhere in the world. We ask that you send us an e-mail with your desired product's and destination Country and we will quote you shipping charges. To get a price quote, please e-mail us at world@marvgolden.com. Please include your City, Country and Postal Code for an accurate quote.  Our price quotes do not include any customs or duty charges. All items are subject to duty regulations that vary by country. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for any duty or tax if the package is opened and inspected by customs officials.

Sales Tax: We do not charge sales tax to shipments outside of California. Shipments in California are subject to 7.75% Sales Tax.

Returns and Exchanges:

All items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please notify us immediately for  damage, errors, or shortages in the merchandise delivered. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be in the original carton with a copy of our return form. Please include with the product return unfilled warranty cards and unused instruction manuals. Pilot Shirts may be returned but must be unwashed and in the original packaging.
