made
follow
these
simple
steps:

Call and order your custom ear mold from LightSPEED Aviation 800-332-2421. Give them the serial number of your headset and they will direct you to an audiologist in your area who will make an impression. |
|
|
The impression is sent to a lab that will make the molds and return them usually within 15 days |
|
|
Your local audiologist will call you when the molds arrive to make an appointment to fit the mold, and train you on how to properly insert and maintain your custom ear molds (cost for this varies by Audiologist) . |

|
Any fit issues should be taken back to the local audiologist for adjustments. |
