follow
these
simple
steps:

Call and order your custom ear mold from LightSPEED Aviation 800-332-2421. Cost for the ear molds is $120 plus $18 shipping and handling |

• |
Lightspeed will give you the customer support number at Sensaphonics for you to get the name and number of your local Sensaphonics Audiologist |
|
• |
Call your local audiologist to make an appointment for your custom mold ear impression |
|
• |
The impression is sent to Sensaphonics who will make the molds and return them usually within 15 days |
|
• |
Your local audiologist will call you when the molds arrive to make an appointment to fit the mold, and train you on how to properly insert and maintain your custom ear molds (Cost for this varies by Audiologist) |

Any fit issues should be taken back to the local audiologist for adjustments |
