| The G-Force GPS Mount docks,
directly, to the OEM cradle supplied, by Garmin International,
with its models 195, 196, 295, 296, 396 and 496 GPS MAP units. Other Garmin models,
and units from other manufacturers, may require an interface
cradle at additional cost. Cradles are not included with purchase.
Why
do they call it a "handheld" GPS?
You can't hold it in your hand. You can't screw it to the yoke or
strap it to your leg. You’ll block critical instruments and steer
all over the sky, trying to program it. You’ll risk spatial
disorientation and loss of control, while you fiddle with it.
Heads-Up
Set your sights higher. Secure your GPS in line with your other
instruments, not in front of them. The G-Force Mount turns your
handheld GPS into a heads-up display. Just think: The guys who paid
$13,000 for a Garmin 540 cannot make this claim.
G-Force
The G-Force uses a patented lever-lock, vacuum adhesion system to
hold your GPS -right where you put it. It will withstand 22g’s of
force and continue to hold your GPS –right where you put it- until
you easily remove it.
