Shipping is via ground service by either UPS or the United States Postal Service Media Mail. This offer is good in any of the 50 United States including APO/FPO Boxes. Books that are shipped free may be shipped via US Postal Media Mail. We ship from our office in San Diego and this method can take up to 10 days to some east coast destinations.  This offer is not good for International Shipments including Canada.
